1. Currency and Order Total

Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. The complete total is shown before you submit payment.

Standard shipping is free on eligible orders. Any additional cost agreed separately, such as shipping a package again after an incorrect address, will be explained before you are charged.

Do not email complete card numbers, security codes, passwords, or verification codes to us.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If payment fails, check your billing information or contact your payment provider. If you notice a duplicate charge, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. A pending authorization may appear temporarily without being a completed charge.
